My team has been looking for a test tool designed for Java test applets.

Can eValid test Java applets?

Thanks for posting your question LizBeth.

The answer is OK and yes.

If you have a Java applet and you give permission to run it in the eValid browser it will run perfectly OK.

To test it, however, requires that you use Application Mode, which is the "older" mode of record/playback.

The interface is necessarily simpler and less powerful than if you are testing a pure-HTML page, but it is effective in most cases.
