Recording A Click On Images...

Postby tphillips » Wed Apr 01, 2009 4:16 pm

How do I let eValid know that when I click on the
image at line 52, a different URL will be returned?

See the below script and event log. The "Document Not Found"
error is right after line 52.

As you can see, eValid trys to navigate to a URL that is not found.

Thanks for submitting the script earlier.

We've analyzed this a bit and we need to understand what
you want more completely.

At line 52 of your script, after having filled in a number of
form elements, you have eValid click on an image, which
then causes a navigation to an new paeg.

As part of that navigation, and while eValid is waiting for the
navigation to complete, eValid trieds to download an https:...
page that throws a Document Not Found...

It seems to us that the click on the button at Line 52 started
a navigation that produced references to a number of secondary pages,
one of which was Not Found.

Please try:

(1) Turn on Detailed Timings and see if, at that same point
in the script, there are OTHER pages that DO get downloaded
as the consequence of clicking on that image.

(2) Run the script till just BEFORE the image click, then
open the event log and click the image manually and see
what other pages DO arrive.
