Can eValid create a working directory?

Can eValid create a working directory from inside the playback script and then write data to a file in that directory. I mean, "folder"...same thing, right?

Yes it can.

The key is to provide eValid with the names (or path names) of the working folder and the test group folder beforehand. You do this in the settings.

The assumption is that you have write permission in that area of your machine.

If you do, then yes, eValid can write data of all kinds into that area. This includes the EventLog (and its children), SaveData outputs, and any other kinds of output file that eValid produces for you.
