The location of your working folder (working directory), your project folder, and your test group folder are all specified in the Settings, in the Project/Log Management section.
There is a presumption that you have write permission to this area -- to the working folder and it's contents. Assuring that is an operating system issue; eValid assumes that it has such permission.
Given that, eValid will create the folders and file it needs.
If you DO NOT have write permission, then eValid will make the attempt and you will get error messages if the current OS does not cooperate with you.
