I need advice with validating/Syncing "Screen Rectangle"

Also, besides web transactions (availability/performance), we also
would like to record some SAP transactions.

The screen rectangle validate and/or sync DOES require desktop
access, so it is not as desktop friendly as the regular eValid
functional test activity, but it is quite reliable.

SAP should be fine; we have customers using eValid to test and
monitor SAP versions that are browser enabled. The older versions
that run on the desktop can be done with eValid, but that's
not eValid's forte...web apps is eValid's best application.
