Yes it can.
You can run multiple instances of eValid on the same desktop at the same time, and you could set up two (or more) instances with different mobile device credentials so that actions can be done simultaneously on the two devices.
In fact, with the MULT license feature, you can run as many eValid instances on your desktop as your machine will allow. Experience shows that on regular PCs this is at least 100 -- on high-end PCs (64-bit and 64 GB RAM, for example) you can get 1,000. Maybe even more (we've never had the need to run more than 1,000 per machine).
