How to apply eValid to functional testing of web applications.

Buttons

I did get EValid running ok, but we need a tool that combines Browser GUI
testing & Windows GUI testing (simulates clicks on buttons & read data from
common controls).

As I understand EValid supports only the first option.
I'll keep on looking for another SW that supports both options.

Thanks.

Actually, while eValid is optimized for web browser enabled applications
it does have both Application mode and Desktop mode...

* In addition to its ability to record/play/analyze web-faced applications,
eValid includes a capability to record non-browser applications:

* You can use eValid to record desktop windows with the Record Desktop Window
option, as described here:

http://www.e-Valid.com/Products/Documen ... .mode.html

* It's important to be aware of the nature of the Windows desktop:

Please try a bit more...our customers find that eValid is unique
in the ability to do both modes.
