Two important points here.
First, because eValid cannot assume it will have (or be given) access to any particular area on your Window machine, the product assumes that you MUST have given access to the installation area.
So, that's where things are put unless you authorize differently.
Here is how you make those authorizations, in the Settings:

But, you can "browse" to select these path names if you want, as well.
