Great question MThrone, thanks for posting it.

Actually this is a question of how does eValid establish a uniform starting point, given that the browser can keep cookies and has a browser history stored in the cache.

The two main commands that address this are: DeleteCache and DeleteCookies which do exactly what they say.

If you deleted the cache and the Cookies then your browser starts with no cache and no cookies.

Hence, your test is guaranteed a known starting point.

Warning: other processes running alongside your test may create cookies and/or add URLs to the cache.

The can't be helped, but there being only one cache (which contains the cookies) your test might get clobbered without you knowing it.

Appropriate care is advised.
