How accurate is eValid's automatic page-waiting algorithm? I mean, does the internal synchronization cause any significant errors?

The special page-synchronization algorithm has a variable-rate retry interval, and the fasted you can run it is 100Hz. That means, 100 times per second.

At this retry rate, the timing precision is about 10 msec, about 10 times the resolution/precision of the internal clock timer, which is 1 msec.

We put a ceiling on the retry rate because: (1) 1% or 10 msec accuracy is sufficient in making timing measurements; and, (2) that level of overhead does not appear to impose an undue burden on the CPU even when it is driving 100's of eValid instances, as it does in server loading work.
