Yes, and no.
It actually depends on what is meant by "compatible".
Here is a short list of the pluses and minuses that we know about.
First, CUIT recordings can be converted into eValid recordings, but apparently not the other way around. This seems to have to do with the fact that CUIT does not record at all from inside a browser.
Second, CUIT playbacks scale 1X only. That is, you can have only a single CUIT playback at one time. eValid, on the other hand, supports an unlimited number of playbacks -- subject only to machine limitations. eValid can usually be run 100+ times but, as they say, "your mileage will vary."
The third observation is that CUIT does seem to be designed for use by people highly skilled in programming -- we heard one person say that it was "not for the faint of heart" -- and eValid is, as you know, designed to be a record/play and scripting environment that does NOT require programming skill.
