In our experience frame names are "constant" in any particular application; if they change that usually signals a major change in the site, and in that case when the eValid tests that worked on the old version now FAIL, that is what is expected: the application regressed.
However, if you know the values that are assigned to the frame names you can insert these into the script using a $VARIABLE that is assigned from outside the script, e.g. from an Environment Variables file.
