Oracle Forms

Does eValid has ability to see Oracle forms as objects. I mean is it
capable to read captions of the windows or caption of the button for
example?

Thanks for writing.

The answer to your question is that it depends on how the
Oracle forms implementation was done.

We have seen some examples where there is DOM access and
others where the interface is done with an Applet and
there's no access in that case.

The best answer then is: it depends.

Can you let us know the URL you're working on and we will
check it out? Or, run the PageMap on the page and
use it to figure out if the thing you're looking at is
an OBJECT or a DOM element or and Applet or ??

We have many customers using eValid and all report good
results...just remember, if the eValid object mode doesn't work
you still have the Application Mode approach [which we don't
like at all, but which gets the job done].
