Vaadin is a framework that is built around the GWT system. The website is vaadin.com/home.

Yes, eValid handles this without difficulty. eValid handles the GWT underlayment and also the framework above.

This application is "not for the faint of heart" however, and GWT, as beautiful a product/environment as it is, does present some difficulties. One of the main ones is that the GWT system assignes ID tags automatically -- and reassigns them after re-builds of the application, much to the annoyance of such otherwise wonderful and powerful features such as eValid's Adaptive Playback, which somewhat relies on constancy of ID tags.

Otherwise, no problem.
