eValid With Application Mode

I have only one question, If your website requires another window to be
opened for download or to play a demo video, does eVaild control this window
and test it?

If there's a second window it could be a popup, subwindow,
desktop application window, or a modal. For these you
use regular eValid, regular eValid, application mode, or
modal dialog mode. See below...

You can use eValid to record desktop windows with the Record Desktop Window
option, as described here:

In addition to its ability to record/play/analyze web-faced applications,
eValid includes a capability to record non-browser applications, and

Modal dialogs present a special problem for eValid because, being
"modal" eValid can't get control to make a recording. Here are some
