Yes, if the test script is set up correctly.
Rememeber that the eValid playback seqence has to be (1) set the User Agent String for the mobile device, and then (2) open a new window, which then behaves like the mobile device.
There's no reason why you can't repeat the process and open another new window that is disguised as a different mobile device.
So, yes, you could indeed test multiple mobile devices at the same time.
