My Windows Change Size

How to use eValid to support regression testing.

My Windows Change Size

My windows change size and some of my screenshot/image validations fail.
Do you have any idea about this?

Does it have something to do with Windows' "themes"?

You're on the right track here. As you may know the "themes" options adjust how the entire windows desktop looks and among other things that can affect the vertical height (the vertical pixel count) of parts of windows.

In eValid is you are doing a validation on a page face and you choose the entire face, then, yes, changing the theme may affect how big the eValid browser face appears, and this will lead to regressions -- correctly so because something HAS changed! And you SHOULD want to know about it!

On the other hand, if you are careful to do screenshots and/or page saves using the non-browser "face" only then those validations will be immune to such size-changing aspects of alternative themes.
