It has been a while, I am working with a client that has an application running on xp, using ie, that looks at local content instead of web content.

I believe they are using the iexplore command to bring up their custom browser.

Can evalid do capture replay on this?

Hm, "iexplore.exe" is the name of the regular IE browser and if they are using that to launch their customizations then yes, that would work fine when you replace "iexplore.exe" with "evalid.exe".

That it runs on local content is not an issue...eValid has always run on local files as well as web based...as you may know, in effect every Windows OS machine contains the ability to feed HTML into the IE browser...it is Windows' main way to display pages...

The sure way to find out is, try it. We are sending over an EVAL license right away.
