eValid Input Conflicts

It appears there are conflicts between DataSynthesis, Data Subsbitutions
from the Command Line, and the use of % variables in a SaveRecord
command.
If you check the SaveRecord documentation you'll see that while
%% is a escape for $, %t actually has meaning.
