Yes, but the solution does depend on what you mean by "checking a movie".

For one thing, a movie is usally delivered via a stream, and to the browser that stream of data appears to be just an image, albeit one that to a viewer seems to be moving.

But inside the browser no internal state is change, so eValid can only wait until the movie is done and then snap a screen image of the finally-displayed
screen.

The idea of timing an image capture part way through a movie playback has been tried, but there is never enough timer accuracy to assure that even after the same number of microseconds that the image on the screen is the same from movie playback instance to playback instance.

So what we recommend is to sync on the final screen and time how long it took to play...that time will be load dependent, but should be relatively constant.
