Thanks for keeping in touch during our evaluation. Once thing I began
to wonder about the scripting language was flow control. Is there a
"if" type statement and variables that can be used to evaluate against?

Two directions to look for your answer: EPI and Flag Processing.

Flag Processing:

eValid, during playback, has ERROR, WARNING, ALARM and TIMEOUT flags that
can be used to adjust the flow of control as described here:
