Is the an SLA option in the EValid tool? Also, can it be configured for
planned and non-planned outages?

* eValid is a superior engine for running tests that simulate actual
user activity. Our transaction monitors typically are set up
in a "three-tier" structure, so you are only alerted when a test
fails the 3rd time. Here is how this works:

http://www.e-Valid.com/Services/Monitor ... -tier.html

We offer this as a managed service, also, as described here:

http://www.e-Valid.com/Services/three-t ... rices.html

(2) As I mentioned earlier, eValid playbacks are launched via
batch scripts that are run from the scheduler.

* For scheduling eValid actions (e.g. for monitoring) the best solution is
to use the powerful Windows scheduling system, as described here:

http://www.e-Valid.com/Products/Documen ... duler.html

So if there is a planned outage then one simply turns off
the scheduler...
