Monitoring Bank App

Hiya

We need a product that will monitor and capture performance data of these
web sites and alert when threshold are exceeded. Internal web sites also
need to be monitored. The solution will need to do more that just hit a
static URL; it must also be able to run a transaction on these web sites.

For example a transaction might include:

Logging In
View account information
Transfer funds from one account to another
Pay a bill.
Log Out

Each of the above transactions tests a piece of the infrastructure and
metrics need to be captured for each piece.

Which component would you suggest I look at for this functionality and
how is your pricing structure defined -- I expect we will need to monitor
up to a dozen sites.

This is precisely what eValid does.

Do you currently have a monitoring reporting system like Nagios or
Hyperic or Groundwork or ITM or ?? We have integrations with most
of the monitoring/reporting systems.

The RIA transaction you mention above is easy to do with eValid.

You always need one master station, and then all you need is
one agent at each site.
