Can eValid wait commands be used in any order of preference

Postby MaryJay » Thu Jun 28, 2018 9:16 am

Hello all.

Do the eValid wait commands have any precedence?

Can one of them override the others?

Thanks

Thanks for posting your question MaryJay.

The wait commands are all executed serially and independently.

If you have a "Delay 1000" to hold the playback 1.0 sec, then that second passes BEFORE the next command is processed.

So playback is strictly serial.

The only upper bound is when you set the maximum wait time for ANY command -- a global setting that you can set, as described here:

http://e-valid.com/Products/Documentati ... yback.html

In this case the maximum time affects only page download time.

So, just to be clear, if you issue the command:

Delay 3600000

eValid really will wait 3600 seconds = 1 hour.
