As recommended I un-installed and reinstalled + re-applied license info. Didn't help.

It still tries to reach http://www.soft.com/eValid/Products/Lic ... age.8.html at startup & initlink at new recording.

Our 2 players also try to access the page at startup.

The only thing recently changed was the addition of the EPRISE01 feature
to your license keys, which was an attempt to see if you had a bad
interaction due to having Terminal Services.

We will investigate what may be happening with EPRISE01 and eVenter
but in the meantime, could you please please go back to the prior
license, withOUT the EPRISE01 line...
