About CI Switch

We seem to have some problems with the -CI switch?
Can you explain its operation?

Just a suggestion, while we figure out if the -CI switch is the
culprit or not, is to NOT use the -CI and then if you
really want to assure the download into an empty cache to
put a DeleteCache command right before the command that
you're concerned with....
