About Windows 2003 SP2

On the OS support for eValid, you sent over earlier this page and then
mentioned that Win2003SP2 is not a "primary" supported OS.
Does that mean it is supported or is it on the customers responsability
completely?

Are you saying that they are running on W2003? We forgot to check
that.

For reasons we never isolated, we always had problems on WS2003,
at least on the original and even SP1...but SP2 appears to be better
but not as good as XP and VISTA.

It might be VERY interesting, if the machine they were using
for the recording is WS2003, to see if eValid behaves the
same way during recording on an XP or Vista box?

In the table WS2003 is labeled "questionable" and what that means
is that "you can use WS2003 at your own risk"...

Can you let me know ASAP if the machine that was using
to show us the problem was/wasn't WS2003?
