Yes, we agree: continuity of monitoring is critical and we sure do everything that we can to make sure there is no break.
We generally remind you a month, and then two week, and then a week before you keys will run out. In rare cases when there are extenuating circumstances we will "automatically" extend the current licenses for a few weeks...just do you are assured of continuity.
When the installation cycle turns over is a great time to change hostnames. To make that happen all you need to do is Register Product (from the eValid browser face) on the new hostname and authorize the transfer for the new subscription to be with the new hostname. The licenses crew here takes care of that right away.
