ActiveX Controls

Postby unsigned » Wed Jan 16, 2008 1:25 pm

One of our prospects is extremely interested in end to end customer transactions with
Microsoft webapps making heavy use of Active X. I was wondering how
Evalid handles ActiveX controls that need to be downloaded and
installed to the browser?

Thanks for writing!

eValid should have no problem. If there is a plugin
to be loaded into the eValid browser then you need
to do that with eValid will behave
functionally identical with IE...

Sometimes ActiveX controls will require absolution
location mouseclicks...Application escaping
that...but you should be OK. There are other types
of controls, done I think with XML, that behave better...

Bottom line is, there's always a way to get it done...
