Yes it can.
To get eValid into the right mode for a site analysis "as if from a mobile device browser that is not IE" you probably should launch evalid from the command line, specifying the device's UserAgentString (UAS) with the
-AGENT switch.
Now, eValid is launched in the mode in which is it seen by the server as being a browser of the specified UAS. From there, the site analysis process is the same as if you were using the default IE browser in the foreground.
HINT: You may have to clear the Cache before starting your site analysis run because sometimes the prior UAS is still present.
HINT: You can always check to see which UAS you are using by navigating eValid to the
www.useragentstring.com website.
