Hi,
we've had numerous conversations with you folks about
our eValid instance having randomly stopped working in the middle on
long scans on our Vista Business machine, and showing up a popup message that
eValid will now shut down due to an error.
He eluded to there being a potential license checking bug that might
have been a problem and told us that it was being looked into.
We are still experiencing the issue and would like to know if it has been
verified and or a patch released? Can you let us know what the status
of this issue is?
