Yes, no problem.
But some things to be cautious about.
(1) If the HTTP/S site requires you to log in, no problem. Either you can log in manually and start the scan "logged in", or you can use eValid record/play capability to record, and play back, a login, after which you start of your site analysis with the "&SiteAnalysis command.
(2) If the site has a "logout page" or if it has "logout" on every page, you have to make SURE that that URL is put in the "Do Not Visit" list. Or else the spider will visit the logout page and...sure enough... you'll be logged out. Which will break the scan.
Other than that, scans run fine (with the usual caveats).
