Yes, no problem.
Use the eValid recorder to capture the login sequence. If you are concerned about the password appearing in plaintext, there is a simple fix for that available on the script window pulldowns.
Then, at the end of your script edit in an
&SiteAnalysis command with the appropriate parameters. See the User Manual for the syntax.
One of the parameters is the name of the Profile that you'll want the site analysis scanner to use. You will need to save an appropriate collection of settings in some Profile (using the Settings menu).
Then, just launch the playback and watch the fun. eValid will log you in,
then start of the scan, and generate its reports automatically...
