In this case it is easy.
There is, in the string filter settings area under Site Analysis, an option to identify URLs that contain a substring, so all you have to do is set that option ON, type in the string you are searching for, in this case ".php", and run the scan.
At the end of the scan the list of URLs among those which were visited that contain the substring ".php" will show up in the strings matched report.
