How do I avoid script playback de-synchronization?

Thanks for taking time...I hope some of the tricks came across
ok...

* Put the wait time multiplier to 0.0 to run as fast as possible,
but this may uncover AJAX de-syncs...which need to be solved
usually with SyncOnText or SyncOnObjProperty...
