Parameters via Callscript

Postby Sam08 » Tue Jul 08, 2008 12:41 pm

I am not sure how the Callscript works and how synconchat.evs script can
be created separate from Agent-ChatLogin.evs script.

It would be helpful eValid can demonstrate creation of synconchat.evs script
and callscript usage using the evalid agent. We can certainly use beta test
bed as much as we need for functional testing. I am hoping it is quick work
for people proficient in eValid.

Thanks for posting

Here is a description of how the eValid CallScript command works:

http://www.e-Valid.com/Products/Documen ... CallScript

Any text file ending *evs can be the target of a CallScript...

Also, CallScripts pass $NAME=value type parameters.

To create a callscript just copy the script to a new name and
edit away the pieces that don't apply.

ANY sequence in ANY script can be CallScript'ed...almost like
a #include...

There's really nothing more to it...

I would say, the synchonchat.evs script would be just the part
from AFTER the "available" sync, to the end of where you take action.

You can SingleStep through the script if you want to identify
the specific passage to extract...
