Yes we can.

We can easly launch up to 1,000 Browser Users (BUs) on a "big" machine in the compute cloud.

Those machines have very high bandwidth and large amounts of ram, so 1,000 BU's is quite feasible.

It may take you one more step, to design the script and make sure it is LoadTest safe, but that's only a few minutes work.
