Could you also send a hardware recommendation statement such as:

"On a Quad Core AMD server with 8gb of RAM you can expect 200 concurrent
IE sessions" (that was all a fantastical guess)?

3 GB of RAM ought to get you 200 in parallel. But to be 100% practical you
may find that you run out of CPU when it is asked to server 200 eValid
browsers, and/or you probably run out of I/O at about the same level.

More RAM is better and 8 GB may work even better than our 3 GB and 4 GB
configurations. The QuadCore AMD CPU ought to be plenty.
