I checked your search on the subject and didn't find the post before so here goes.
My main objective is to record the client side activities perform by the
application and want to perform load testing on that.
However, while exploring the tool I found that load test report provides me
the total test elapsed time rather than individual request download time.
I was able to get individual request download time during the playback of
the script by selecting the detailed mode of the logs but not during the

The LoadTest monitor shows the total time of each playback because that's the
most common metric users want to know.
One method you can use is to have a more-focused script such that it's
total time is the specific metric you want.
But I suspect you want to measure one (or more) interior step times
and the way you do that in LoadTest mode is to save the measured
elapsed time (since last ResetTimer command) into a local file using
the SaveRecord command.

If you look in the script the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for the
loading of that mobile web application is written out at the end of the
script using $USR_$NUMB_$_Runcount as a record prefix so that the
individual data records are expressed in an easy-to-analyze form.
The performance graph in that case study was easy to create with Excel.
You can appreciate that there are millions of variations on this basic
idea -- which is the reason why we didn't try to build that kind of selection
into the product per se...the total time of one test is key.
Also please note that the internal timing value indicates how long
a particular server response took to show up in the DOM, that is, how
long the server took to look up the schedule information.
