Indeed, we regularly run 100+ VUs on a single machine.
It's important to note that for eValid a "VU" is actually a complete browser. The version that we use is the "THIN" browser, described in detail here:
http://www.e-valid.com/Products/Documen ... kthin.htmlThis is a playback only test engine that, except for the very economical ray of buttons and options, it's IDENTICAL in function to the IE browser that you ordinarily use.
There are some admustments you need to make to achieve the best results, that is, to go up to 100 of the THIN playback clients.
