Whats the max. number of eValid browers running?

Use and application of the eValid server loading (LoadTest) capability. And in the cloud computing context for monitoring and loading.

Whats the max. number of eValid browers running?

Afternoon:

As a tester, I know that method of running multiple independent eValid browsers in parallel to test a server is a good one, what is the maximum number of separate eValid instances you can get on one machine (one virtual machine)?

Thanks for having such a great test tool.

Thanks for your kind remarks GBonney.

First off, you have to realize that even when eValid runs with the browser to as small as possible, you will still see a small part of the screen.

(This is not the same as running "minimized," in which you don't see ANYTHING on the screen.

So we did a setup to experiment with the largest number and here is one of the results:

There are, if you look at the task bar on the bottom of the screen, a total of 550 eValid instances showing.

If you look closely in the images you'll see that some of them are paused, and some are active, but waiting.

The instance that is currently running is on the lower right of the of the screen...you can see some blue screen background.

Hope this helps!
