What does the LoadType option feature do

Morning.

Long time reader of this forum but, first time posting here.

I was reading on the Performance/Load Testing forum when a I like to the know the following:

What does your LoadType option do, anyway?

Please clarify.

Thanks for asking RCaryle.

Actually, both the Serve (see forum entry in Performance/Load Testing) and LoadType commands have to do with adjustments to the playback fidelity when eValid is in server loading mode.

Here is an explanation of all of this:

As you can see, LoadType has to do with which of several eValid variants you would be using the playback simulation.

For the MOST realistic playback you should be using Serve FULL and LoadType FULL.
