What performance data does eValid generate on a load test

Use and application of the eValid server loading (LoadTest) capability. And in the cloud computing context for monitoring and loading.

Hello.

What kind of page performance data does eValid generate during a load test?

How is it expressed?

Thanks for posting AlfredM.

The main command that eValid supports for this kind of data is the SaveRecord command, described here:

http://e-valid.com/Products/Documentati ... ecord.html

This idea behind this command is to have the current playback write into a file, which is formatted using C-like formatting rules, so that you can feed this data into any kind of reporting system you wish.

The example shown in the manual page suggests how to handle timing the actions surrounding shopping, which is typical.

Note that this command can be used in server loading experiments, with the proviso that you have to be careful with the file names you are using (so that the write commands issued from different eValid instances don't interfere with each other).
