Does every eValid script work in LoadTest mode?

What are the limitations?

Thanks

Thanks for asking about the eValid LoadTest feature JohnsonM.

The LoadTest runs multiple eValid instances on a single PC machine (or machine image) rely on the fact that an eValid instance, even when minimized, can continue to process script playback.

However, if the script interpretation engine encounters a command that requires the use of the desktop, then eValid jumps out of "minimized" mode and takes up land area on the desktop screen.

If you were doing just on test, this is not a problem.

However, if you have multiple (e.g. 100 or more) eValid's running on the same machine, then you will have competition/contention/conflict between/among these processes.

Here is a screenshot of what this might look like:

So, the rule for eValid is, no test scripts that force the use of the desktop when you want to run in LoadTest mode.
