If I launch 100 BUs at one time, and synchronize their startups with an external page, how close do they REALLY start? I mean, how simultaneous is "simultaneous?"

This is an important fact to pay attention to, because it relates to how steep you can make a "step function" happen in a real computer.

The short answer to the question is, they will all start simultaneously within about 5 seconds per 100 BUs.
