What is the story of use of the cache during server load test runs with eValid?

There are two unitary resources on a Windows machine: the Cache and the Desktop.

eValid has a Lock and Unlock command that can time-partition use of the Desktop between two (or more) co-executing eValid processes. Check in the User Manu for details on how to use these two commands. These commands effectively implement a "mutex operator" (mutual exclusion operator) for eValid playbacks.

The cache (which includes local copies of downloaded pages and various cookies placed by web pages) is not partitionable except between multiple users on one machine. For the case when you need to separate the cache into different collections for different playbacks, we recommend use of the EPRISEnn feature that will authorize multiple users on one machine. Please contact the eValid licensing team for details on that feature.
