Use and application of the eValid server loading (LoadTest) capability. And in the cloud computing context for monitoring and loading.

Each browser user is a full-featured browser, and the footprint will grow slightly the longer the test and the greater the number of repetitions.

In the LoadTest option for eValid we recommend that you use the THIN option, which a version of eValid that is optimized to minimize footprint and resource consumption (it having no user controls, but having full script playback-only capability).

In that case we usually estimate 8 MB to 12 MB at launch and up to 25 MB after the playback engine has been running a while, accumulating data and state information, and adding to the internal JavaScript files.
