I'm wondering, are there any OS or environment differences in eValid?

There are some, but they are very small.

In most cases eValid functionality is identical across Windows platforms.

What varies are: (a) the version of IE you have installed (IE 9 is the most modern, and it runs only on Windows 7); (b) how much memory you have (more is better -- have you heard that before!), particularly if you are running LoadTest scripts that involved 100's or 1,000's of browser users (BUs); (c) the location of the executable, which will be in a slightly different place on 64-bit versions compared with 32-bit versions of Windows.
