Good question.

That is a message you get with an EVAL or DEMO license that revels that in the case of those licenses the product only records a certain maximum number of messages into the playback log files (the EventLog).

The idea to keep the total volume of material copied into those logs "under control"...but when you have a revenue key that limit disappears.
