Yes, it does.
When eValid launches and does not find a evalid.lic file where it is supposed to be, then you're prompted by eValid to help find the file.
But even if you don't have an evalid.lic file if you keep clicking "No" then finally eValid will launch
as a browser but with no special test functionality built in.
